At Sacred Hearts Mentoring Program, we believe transformation happens through strong partnerships and a united community effort. We welcome individuals, churches, businesses, organizations, and community leaders to partner with us in making a lasting impact in the lives of re-entry citizens, single mothers, and families in need of support and stability.
Partners play a vital role in helping Sacred Hearts provide mentorship, transitional housing, workforce development opportunities, mental health support, educational resources, and life-skills training. Through collaboration, we can create pathways toward healing, restoration, and self-sufficiency for those working to rebuild their lives.
We are always looking for assistance to enhance our program for our mentees and participants.
